Welcome to Flickinger Farms

We're glad you chose to come and visit us, and hope you enjoy your time at our farm and create new memories and traditions with your family, centered around the timeless symbol of Christmas: the real Christmas tree! If you're new to our farm, or this is your first time cutting your own tree, here are some tips to help.

1. Please park in the gravel lot and off the grass and field. This will keep the farm from getting muddy. A restroom is available near the parking pad.
2. Saws are available at the end of the parking lot and near the gift shop. Some sleds are available too to help pull your tree after it's cut. If you need assistance, please find one of our employees!
3. All trees have tags on them indicating their price, so please look carefully to find it. Scotch and White Pine trees 6 ft and under do not have tags and will be $30. Please let us know that you have a $30 tree when you come to the shop to pay. Do not cut untagged fir trees to allow for future growth. If you are unsure of the tree species, please ask!
4. If you are looking for a fir tree, there are pre-cut Canaan Firs in racks near the front of the farm. We do not have Fraser Firs but you will find a Canaan Fir is identical to a Fraser. We do have a limited number of Canaan, Douglas, and Concolor Firs available to cut. Please refer to the map on the side or ask one of our employees if there are some still available.
5. Specific tree species and ages/sizes are in certain areas of the farm. See the map to the side. The largest trees will be Scotch and White Pine with some being over 10 feet tall while supplies last.
6. After you cut your tree, bring it to the front of the farm near the gift shop. We will shake it and wrap it free of charge. If you need help carrying or dragging it, flag down a tractor or employee to help. Please note extra large/wide trees may not be able to be wrapped.
7. You will be given the bottom of the 2-part tag to take into the gift shop to pay for your tree. Please show the tag to the cashier but keep the stub for your receipt and to match up the correct tree outside when you are done paying.
8. Besides trees, we have fresh, handmade, real wreaths available in the gift shop, as well as garland, tree stands, and lights!
9. You are responsible for securing your own tree to your vehicle due to liability reasons. We do offer free twine and have car carrier straps available to purchase. A pick up truck is an easy option however!
